A smart man once said....
A smart man once said “….commitment to consistency creates emotional stability”. You wooo thats deep its okay read it again and again. Why read it again? because its as true as it gets.
When I was a lad I worked in a parking lot booth and saw a man in his late 60′s jog everyday at the same time down the same road. No matter the weather, no matter day he was consistent.
Life will throw curve balls at you all day it how you handle them that determines your success. There are many things we know in life …yeah yeah yeah we die and pay taxes, but I also know I’ll be in the gym 3 times a week working on me.
I will never think I’m good enough, but I will always know that I’m good enough to be better.
