Super Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness Show, Marietta, GA Nov. 1st 2008

I am going to my first bodybuilding & fitness contest this weekend and I can’t wait. I have no idea what to expect, I know for sure Arnold won’t be there. We can also bank on the fact that we will see the effects of long hours in the gym and ultimate sacrifice.

I’m competitive by nature and I love to see athletes on any level, go for it! I had a coach who was one of the most influential men in my life and he taught me the 4 D’s. “Vincent!” he said. “You have to have desire, determination, discipline and defense”. Now that I’m older, I know he stole that one liner from someone but as far as I’m concerned he came up with it… and that makes him a hero. Anyway, enough of the good feel stuff.
