This video is so true. We as Americans eat too much, then wonder why we can't fit into our clothes!!! It's become the norm now for us to "super size" our portions…as if 600 calories in a burger isn't enough!! When we learn to be cognizant about what we put in our bodies, not only will we combat the additional pounds, but we will also alleviate a plethora of the health issues we're currently facing.
this is just the beginning….we need to set a standard for ourselves..my wife is 125lbs she thinks shes too small and needs to gain …how? eatin bon bons at nite….go figure …
