What is swine flu?
It’s flu that occurs in pigs. In rare cases, humans contract swine flu from close contact with pigs. The strain circulating now is cause for concern because it can pass directly from person to person. Like routine human flu, cases of swine flu can range from mild to severe.
I work in the science field so I can tell you this there are countless latent diseases in hosts as rodents, birds, and cattle lying ready and willing to make the species leap to humans and decimate our population. All you need is a sort of X-Men of mutated viruses and BOOM!…. it can spread like wildfire.

I believe the pig to be one of the filthiest animals out there and I do not eat pork. Ok…ok…I know chickens eat their own feces and cow regurgitate last nights dinner but pigs are nasty. For the record YOU CAN NOT GET SWINE INFLUENZAE FROM EATING PORK (UNLESS YOU DON”T COOK IT )! The other white meat industry is dying right now to tell you this…I’m letting you know from a safety point of view. I know my people love to eat that daily slab of ham. So go ahead, eat your bacon, chittlings and ham hocks…later on the flu will be the least of your worries.
