I saw the first episode today on LifeTime. Yes! I said it…I was watching LifeTime. I actually like the show because it’s hard for me to convince people to do chicken breast, egg whites and yams all day. The show might exaggerate on the calories but thinking portion wise they might be right.

Here’s the spin. They have a guest host (ala reality TV) on the show and follow up with them 6 weeks later. They actually had a sister on the second episode and she pulled it off and looked good. I think it’s worth a look if you just can’t figure out what to cook..or even if you want to cheat.

    I might have to get this book. Although, I haven't seen the show yet, I am a sucker for healthy food that taste good.

      i just happen to be home the last episode was cool but come 5pm im not normally home…can i say tivo lol…hows the running? you got to check http://www.determinedtobefit.comshes running while pregnant i think we all need to start interlinking and provide her some feedback and support..

    The running is going well. I am looking forward to getting new running shoes and gear this weekend. Now I can look like a "real" runner. How are your workouts going?
    I checked out Determined to be Fit. Kudos to her for keeping in shape while pregnant! I definitely agree we all need to interlink and provide feedback and suport.

      good..good the workout is easy its the diet thats king…next week ill be doing the 300 workout to switch it up
