    relatively healthy list of foods you have here. if you're trying to cut some extra calories from your diet, try switching to reduced fat peanut butters, or check out the variety of almond butters available at your grocery store. also, you can try switching to low-fat yogurts and eating egg whites in place of whole eggs. also, you should be mindful of what dressing you're putting on your salad as the majority of dressings available are deceptively unhealthy.
