That’s all we have for now on Quick Weight Loss Center:QWL QWLC Diet.

Dear I say the name Rush Limbaugh on my site….ok…that was weird. He’s lost weight and I’ll leave it at that but the last time Rush had an unexplained weight loss, he was higher than a kite on OxyContin.

This week was not good for me at all…diet went down hill and workouts were lack luster. I’ve been doing a lot of coffee and tea. This might be throwing me off big time. I also want to go get a physical its been 2-3 years since my last doctor’s visit.

Today I was back in the groove with a arm workout MAX OT style. I’ll keep you updated on the new work regime and the comeback. I am wrestling with a some ideas that I’ll share with you guys later this week.

K Fed becomes K Fat: Who's Pregnant Now?

I usually show celebs that loss weight and make a change ….but this is the total opposite. K Fed becomes K Fat. It wasn’t surprising to me that Britney Spears fell for Kevin Federline. Though he was a douche bag, he was a pretty hot guy. Let’s face the facts, ladies: many of us have fallen for that combination before. But now, there’s absolutely nothing to be desired with K-Fed. While Britney Spears is once again becoming fabulous, Kevin Federline is becoming FAT…and no, that’s not with a “P.H.”

Britney Spears baby daddy was spotted at Ryan Sheckler X Games Celebrity Classic carrying a wide load. Yes, that is his pot belly in the photo below! I see a new nickname in his future. K-Fat, anyone???

http://media-files.gather.com/images/d27/d856/d745/d224/d96/f3/full.jpg

Kevin Federline’s first baby mamma, Shar Jackson, said of the weight gain, “It’s daddy weight! When you are a full time parent, sometimes you can’t focus on you. If gaining a few pounds is your only problem, life’s not too bad!”

I have no doubt that parents are bound to gain weight. Taking care of your kids is a           full-time job, and unfortunately you don’t have the time to put yourself first. But the key word here is, “taking care of your kids”. How often does K-Fat, I mean K-Fed, do this? This loser is off making flop-albums, dating ex-volleyball players and collecting $20,000 a month from Brit-Brit.

Someone get Celebrity Fit Club on the phone, stat! Sounds like a joke, but we all know they really will be calling him soon.

Day 21: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly / Legs

Silhouette of cheese burger and summer garden vegetables

SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO PUSH….ITS BEEN 21 DAYS, IS IT A HABIT?

The Good:  I have a rental property that is kickin my ass more so than this workout…OK i’m lying.  After 2 hours of BSing at the house I decided to finish up some work at the rental. It started to rain and I just wanted to go home…but today was legs. I’m driving down the road and before you know it I at the gym.

The Bad:I didn’t complete my entire Max OT routine but I went 315×6 and 335×6 on squats…I punked out of deadlifts and played basketball which felt great. The problem with playing ball afterwards is I never give my muscels a chance to recover or refuel.

The Ugly: This is 2 parts bad and badder. I had a high calorie shake at 12:30 AM and went straight to bed. To make matters worse I woke up around 4am and had some PB&J. Compounding all of this is an important element NO REST+NO RECOVERY=NO GROWTH. (catabolism)

"More to Love" Airs on FOX: Meet the Cast

6493-000129

I think the concept is cool but is FOX taking advantage of these people?

MEET THE CAST CLICK HERE!
Fox is teaming with “The Bachelor” producer Mike Fleiss for a new dating-competition series that casts “average-looking” people.

The series, titled “More to Love,” is billed as the first “dating show for the rest of us,” throwing open its doors to overweight contestants.

“For six years it’s been skinny-minis and good-looking bachelors, and that’s not what the dating world looks like,” Fox president of alternative Mike Darnell said. “Why don’t real women — the women who watch these shows, for the most part — have a chance to find love too?”

The project has a similar format to “The Bachelor,” where a group of woman compete for a relationship with one man (producers describe him as a “Kevin James-type”). “More to Love” also marks the first time Darnell and Fleiss have teamed for a series in nine years. The duo’s previous dating show was the controversial and groundbreaking 2000 special “Who Wants to Marry a Multi-Millionaire?” which set the format template for ABC’s “Bachelor” and a legion of imitators.

“More to Love” was inspired by the recent ratings success of “Bachelor” and the popularity of NBC’s “The Biggest Loser,” which Darnell credits with shattering an industry assumption that TV viewers only wanted to watch highly attractive people.

“This show is going to get a lot of people talking,” Darnell said. “It may be a little controversial, but I think it will mostly be positive. This is so simple and so obvious, yet it has never been done.”

Broadcast reality-dating shows such as the CW’s “Beauty and the Geek” and NBC’s “Average Joe” have featured less-than-handsome men but paired them with model-esque women.

“Most of the country isn’t a Size 2,” Fleiss said. “It’s the dating show for the rest of us.”

Fat Guy...

Fat Guy…

Contestants will do the sort of activities seen on “Bachelor,” but producers suspect Jacuzzi or massage dates will take on a different perspective. “More to Love” will have makeover aspects –  when contestants eat a fancy dinner, for instance — but Fleiss said the focus will not be on physical improvement.

“We want to send the message that you can be the size you are and still be lovable,” he said. “We aren’t going to thin these girls down so they can find love — that’s a backwards message.”

But Fleiss has left open the possibility of twists. “More to Love” is casting, and no airdate has been set. For Fox, it marks a return to the relationship genre years after the network aired such shows as “Multi-Millionaire,” “My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance” and “The Littlest Groom.” “More to Love” is produced by Next Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Television

Arms: Is Madonna Over Doing It?

Madonna Looking Skin and Bones in London (USA and OZ only)

Madge’s muscles are back… and bigger than ever….are those Madonna’s biceps?

The 50-year-old, who has never been shy about revealing her toned arms, stunned onlookers in London Sunday night with her stringy, sinewy muscles.

Her sleeveless top showed what a clearly ruthless daily exercise and diet regime have produced: no fat and all bulge.

“She is definitely training like an athlete. This is not your average workout,” says Taj Bailey, Personal Training Manager at NYC’s Crunch Fitness.

The veiny display suggests that the Material Girl is more obsessed with fitness than ever before.

In fact, she is likely putting herself through a punishing routine – like the kind professional trainers do to keep in way-better-than-average shape.

“The veins mean she has more muscle density. She is solid muscle and is training, well, like me,” says Bailey, who adds that Madge’s is no ordinary workout.

Which is to say, your daily visit to the gym is unlikely to yield bizarre arms like these – that are more like something out of a horror film than a gym.

“This is years and years of hardcore training. A lot of weight activity, lots of reps, lots of cardio,” says Bailey.

“It’s quick, intense daily workouts, probably 45 minutes or so. It takes extreme dieting too,” adds Bailey, a 10-year fitness vet.

A Fat Cyclist?!

This is what it’s all about..there is something greater than you. I am in the pursuit of finding it, I’m not sure but I hope the light switches on like it did for Elden. Here is his/ their story:

In May 2008, Elden found this photo of Lance Armstrong in his email.

It started out as a simple blog about a “fat” mountain biker and progressed to a powerhouse for raising money for the fight against cancer.  Elden Nelson is a witty mountain biker who thousands of Internet surfers consider to be a friend.  They read his blog every day to enjoy his funny stories and unique viewpoint. They also keep coming back to see how his wife, Susan, is doing.

Win Susan!
“Win Susan!” is a phrase that is found throughout pages and pages of comments on the Fat Cyclist blog. Elden’s readers have joined together to offer whatever support they can, whether it be spiritually or financially.
Susan first found a breast lump around Christmas of 2003. She underwent a mastectomy and chemotherapy. She got well and began working out to gain strength until she started experiencing hip pain. After treating it like a sports injury, she went to the doctor to find that her cancer had metastasized throughout her body. In 2008, tumors were found in Susan’s brain after she had lost her ability to fall asleep.
Fat Cyclist readers have journeyed with Elden and Susan during her chemotherapy and radiation treatments. They eagerly read with hope and pray for strength for the couple. Kleenex boxes sit by computers worldwide as readers share in the joy and sadness of the Nelsons’ life.  They are also awestruck by the strength and courage of Susan.
While Susan’s prognosis is undesirable, she continues to live life to the fullest extent that her body will allow. When she is able, she draws with her children and writes. She enjoys making jewelry, an art she can no longer practice on a regular basis, and created some pieces for a fundraiser for the fight against cancer.

Elden Nelson, aka “Fatty.”

Be strong, Elden

What is particularly amazing about Susan’s story is that it is told by her husband, Elden, who is affectionately known as “Fatty” by his readers. Elden’s purpose has been to do everything he possibly can to make life better for Susan. This is his struggle.
When Susan was first diagnosed, Elden searched for a new job with better benefits so they could better afford treatment. After moving several times, they bought a home in a Utah neighborhood so Susan could be closer to friends and family. As Susan’s cancer progressed, Elden made changes to the home so she could move around easier. It became a constant fight for Elden to accommodate his wife. He simply wanted to make things better for her.
Elden couldn’t do it alone, though. He expressed his frustration on his blog, and his readers responded with prayers and advice. One of the greatest pieces of advice that was echoed throughout the comments was to keep riding. In order for Elden to take care of Susan, he had to take care of himself. He did not want to take away from his time with her, but mountain biking was therapy, and he knew he had to do it.
Fatty’s fight against cancer
Fat Cyclist readers are quite acquainted with the “Win” Special Edition Fat Cyclist jersey, a jersey made by Twin Six with all proceeds going to the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Many of Fatty’s lucky readers get to sport the fabulous jersey, and they wear it with pride.
Twin Six has been quite supportive of Elden and Susan and has made a lot of Fat Cyclist gear. In the fall of 2008, Twin Six went beyond the standard jersey to provide long sleeve winter jerseys, bib shorts, and arm warmers. Twin Six’s generosity went way beyond providing fundraising product for Fatty, though. In November of 2008, for one week, Twin Six donated half of the purchase price for every Twin Six jersey sold to assist with Elden and Susan’s medical costs.

Livestrong Challenge

In January 2009, Elden took on a big project – one that may be much more successful than he had anticipated. He rallied the Fat Cyclist troops to form Team Fatty with members from all over the country. Team Fatty set out to win the Livestrong Challenge.
Tour of California. Fatty decided that Team Fatty just was not enough. In February, he live blogged during the Tour of California and had the fantastic idea of having Bob Roll, former pro cyclist and Versus cycling commentator, shave his head if $5,000 could be raised by the end of the Tour. Over $8,500 had been raised and Bob was clipped on television. Lance Armstrong was even present for the moment of truth.
Team Fatty. Team Fatty continues to raise money for the Livestrong Challenge. Team Fatty raised the most money for both the Seattle and San Jose Livestrong Challenges. The Philly Livestrong Challenge will take place on August 23, 2009, and the Austin Livestrong Challenge will be held October 24-25, 2009.
As of July 14, 2009, Fatty’s web site reports that $411,178 has been raised by Team Fatty. It is simply incredible how so many people came together to fight against cancer.

Elden and Susan celebrated their 20th anniversary on
August 13, 2008.  Elden posted this picture with a single
sentence
:  “With the right woman, 20 years doesn’t feel like very
long at all.”
A story of love and dedication
Elden and Susan celebrated their 20th anniversary on August 13, 2008. Twenty years is remarkable in and of itself, but it is even more amazing when faced with the challenges Elden and Susan have had to endure.
They are remarkable people. They have brought thousands of people together to fight a great cause. They bring joy and humor to the lives of Fat Cyclist readers. They also bring hope that love is real, and that is evidenced by Elden’s devotion to Susan in her struggle with cancer.
They are like anyone else, however. They are raising four children – two sons and identical twin girls. He works to provide for his family. She is writing a novel. He rides bikes. What sets them apart is that they allowed themselves to rise above their challenge in life, and they inspire many others to do the same.

Children, elderly and black people preyed on by vaccine companies for first H1N1 “clinical” trials in Rochester, New York

Here we go again….The H1N1 vaccine is going to be tested at the beginning of August in Rochester, New York, on those people who belong to sections of the community that have been hit especially hard by the economic downturn. The clinic conducting the trials has asked, speciifically for elderly people, black people or children. In return for participating, people will get $50-$100 or the children will get a toy.

Novartis appears to have paid people in Poland 3 Euros to get them to participate in clinical trials of their lethal bird flu drug last summer, which caused death and injury to hundreds of people.

While the doctors and nurses have been put on trial in Poland for their role in this crime, even though it appears they were not properly informed by Novarits of the contents of the “trial” drug, Novartis has not yet had to face legal action.

Dr. Matthew Davis, the principal investigator of the Rochester trial, said that because the vaccine only uses pieces of the actual virus, there’s no chance volunteer will get infected with the potentially deadly virus, according to a local newspaper.

So, here we have a doctor admitting that putting whole live attenuated viruses into the “swine flu” H1N1 jab, as Baxter, Novartis and other vaccine companies intend to do, and as WHO has instructed, could lead to an infection with a potentially deadly virus!

Infection is all the more likely if toxic adjuvants are added: even Baxter scientists state in their own clinical trials that the impact of adjuvants are negative.

“It’s really as safe, actually if not safer, than the seasonal influenza vaccine that people will get every year,” Davis said.

I advise those people entering this Rochester trial consult a lawyer or else to contact me jmburgermeister@gmail.com.

(Rochester, N.Y. Clinical trials for a swine flu vaccine will begin in just a few weeks in Rochester. “We run trials for the pharmaceuticals industry,” said Dr. Matthew Davis.

Rochester Clinical Research is the place where vaccines earn their stripes — passing test after test before being passed on to the public.

RCR’s Associate Medical Director Dr. Davis said, “Every year, we do vaccine trials for the regular seasonal influenza. We’ve done a lot of the bird flu trial — the H5N1 — that everyone was concerned about, and then the swine flu virus sort of popped up unexpectedly in Mexico and… spread very rapidly.”

So rapidly in fact, that companies are scrambling to find some way to block it. They need some volunteers to help.

“Anything that has ever been developed medically has been tested on human volunteers and we never have enough,” Davis said. “We need to reach out to the pediatric community for this study, but minorities are often under-represented in pharmaceutical industry testing as a whole, and in this particular study as well, we need volunteers over the age of 65.”

Dr. Davis is the principal investigator of the trial, and he says because the vaccine only uses pieces of the actual virus, there’s no chance volunteer will get infected with the potentially deadly virus.

“It’s really as safe, actually if not safer, than the seasonal influenza vaccine that people will get every year,” Davis said.

Clinical trials on a swine flu vaccine begin in Rochester in August.

Besides being vaccinated against swine flu, volunteers get $50 to $100 per visit; four to five visits are necessary. Children are needed for this study.

For more on the study, call Rochester Clinical Research at (585) 288-0890
