Arms: Is Madonna Over Doing It?
Madge’s muscles are back… and bigger than ever….are those Madonna’s biceps?
The 50-year-old, who has never been shy about revealing her toned arms, stunned onlookers in London Sunday night with her stringy, sinewy muscles.
Her sleeveless top showed what a clearly ruthless daily exercise and diet regime have produced: no fat and all bulge.
“She is definitely training like an athlete. This is not your average workout,” says Taj Bailey, Personal Training Manager at NYC’s Crunch Fitness.
The veiny display suggests that the Material Girl is more obsessed with fitness than ever before.
In fact, she is likely putting herself through a punishing routine – like the kind professional trainers do to keep in way-better-than-average shape.
“The veins mean she has more muscle density. She is solid muscle and is training, well, like me,” says Bailey, who adds that Madge’s is no ordinary workout.
Which is to say, your daily visit to the gym is unlikely to yield bizarre arms like these – that are more like something out of a horror film than a gym.
“This is years and years of hardcore training. A lot of weight activity, lots of reps, lots of cardio,” says Bailey.
“It’s quick, intense daily workouts, probably 45 minutes or so. It takes extreme dieting too,” adds Bailey, a 10-year fitness vet.

Hello,
I recently found this site and I have been doing some back-reading (LOL) You have really good topics. Any who, this pics doesnt look real. It looks a bit weird. I didnt think arms could look like that. I would say she may be over doing her arms a bit but if she's happy thats great. I guess this came after people made such a big hoopla about her arms having alittle sag. I swear people really put these celebrities under a microscope
yeah its probably not fair…but it part of being a celebrity…and i have to agree with u what makes her happy?

As a women there is no way that I would want arms like that. It's just scary not sexy at all.
to give her credit she does seem to be carrying heavy bags…and weird angles can do weird things to pics
Outside of figure competions, it is quite alarming to see arms like that … I still have to give it to her, especially and 50 … but kinda … looks like it hurts :/
