I haven't been to the gym in about 2 weeks. The first week I wasn't feelin it, and then the second week I got a really bad sinus/cold, which was probably setting up that first week. So, I was happy to get back into the gym and hit the weights. I love the pump I feel afterwards. Ended a full body workout with 30mins on the elliptical.

I work out 5 days a week and rest on Sundays. But I've been working 20+ hours this whole week. I'm exhausted.

if you re at it that hard and your diet is tight youll be at the top in no time you might have to send me some pictures so i can post on the blog as a role model.
