Let's make it stick...

Ok, so I am the typical dieter. I hit it super hard for about two months I get within 5 lbs of my goal weight, get compliments, get a swole ego and then I allow my self a cheat meal. This one meal always turns into the demise of my progress. It becomes a cheat day then a cheat weekend. The next thing I know I can’t get enough and bam (John Madden accent) 15lbs. back to where it all began. I can’t lie I struggle with this and I just want to overcome this. My cheat meal from now on will be Wednesday, until I can create a more structured weekend.
