Who's that Girl? Cara Heads (VIDEO)
Cara Heads is an Olympic weightlifter for the United States. Her experience as a World-Class Athlete has provided her with an understanding of what values are to be adopted, and are necessary for maximum personal achievement. Cara wears several hats including that of an Olympic Athlete, Motivational Speaker, Fitness Consultant, Coach, Fundraiser, Graduate Student and soon-to-be, published author.
