HERE IS THE TRICK ONLY EAT ONE…ALTHOUGH IT MAYBE A BETTER QUALITY CALORIE. ALL IT TAKES IS 4tsp AND 2 RICE CAKES TO MAKE THIS SNACK A 500 CAL DISASTER

    I agree, I get too excited at snack time and tend to go overboard, I enjoy it but boy do I feel bad after I realise how much bad saturated fat I just ate. I tend to stick to the philosophy of I just worked hard, I'm going to have some nice chocolate!

    I really can't wait for snack at this time. I was able to fetch my daughter in school but since the fast food is just near at the school so I ate a very delicious jelly roll matched with mango shake while waiting my daughter.

      after your workout i'd say is the best chance to take in carbs to replenish…lately ive been doing my am cardios on an empty stomach…fasted cardio…but this has been debated several times

    Very true, and it is still following the famous saying of 'everything being healthy in moderation' and how if your on a diet, one little tiny 'calorie disaster' can ruin your hardwork.
