DAMN IT! I put Cheese on it!

Ok…the cheese is on. Can you see it?  A nice tablespoon of high quality ever so tasty parmesan cheese. Tasted so good, I would of thought it came imported from Italy just for me.

I know its boring and I actually had some real cheese this weekend….But you want to know what’s not boring?  The five pounds that I lost over the past 2 weeks. The vascularity coming back to my arms….the 33.5 waistline.

I have a long way to go and two more holes to punch in the belt.  I’ve decided that my cheat day needs to be regulated to a cheat snack (a cupcake,popcorn or fried plantains) and sensible cheat meals like a tofu burger, veggie wrap or my famous low carb homemade pizza.

Another change is completing and finishing my meals for the day. Right now, the easiest way for me to sabatoge this is snacking after my 6pm meal. The day is set, breakfast through dinner, its dinner through bedtime where I screw up. Later this week I will bust out the secret weapon and post. Wish me luck…scratch that, tell me to get off my ass and start working harder!
