Hi, I’m Mike Vincent and I write The Black Fitness Blog to help African Americans, Blacks and people all over the world to get fit, get healthy and work towards developing a healthy lifestyle. I started The Black Fitness Blog in 2008 to help men and women deal with the sometimes overwhelming prospect of losing weight in todays modern society.

Having an unhealthy lifestyle can lead to heart disease and diabetes as well increasing the risk of cancer, liver disease, sleep apnea and high blood pressure all leading causes of death among black people. My aim is to get you healthy, change your habits and help you work towards developing your own sense of Black Fitness, through the articles I write, the sites I link to and the products I recommend.
