ESPN Body Issue 2010: Diana Taurasi & Amar’e Stoudemire Poses Nude

Last years issue was off the chain and ESPN’s top selling issue naturally. At least 40 athletes will inspire the public with their bodies including, Olympic swimmer Amanda Beard, MMA fighters Randy Couture and Herschel Walker and NBA players Nate Robinson and Orlando native Amar’e Stoudemire. The Body Issue hits news stands on October 8th and I’m sure many people will be anxious to get their very own copy. Take advantage of it, I imagine it is full of entertainment and great articles.

The magazine also features different covers featuring different athletes from different sports including Dwight Howard from the NBA, Adrian Peterson of the NFL, female MMA fighter Gina Carano are of the 30 professional athlethes who will be posing nude or semi nude for the issue. Damn Serena…Appluad Common!
The magazine will show athletes on the field and off, and even in the operating room during knee surgery, said editor-in-chief Gary Belsky during a conference call Wednesday.
In one section called “Bodies We Want” top athletes either pose in the buff (with private parts strategically covered) or with minimal clothing. The section is “essentially our version of the best bodies in sports,” said Belsky.
The magazine has chosen six athletes (3 male and 3 female) from this section to appear on six different magazine covers. — source: USA Today
